On location - Trinity College

Founded in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth I, Trinity College is the oldest university in Ireland and is situated in an enviable position in the very heart of the city. When it came to choosing a location, Trinity College Dublin was director Kabir Khan’s only choice

"When the question of shooting on a college campus in Europe came up, I didn't want the usual Oxford or Cambridge campus. I had been to Ireland to do a documentary on the Irish Republican Army strife in Belfast many years ago. So I'm familiar with the topography."

Katrina Kaif at Slane Castle

Have you seen the beautiful photoshoot by Katrina Kaif in the December 2011 edition of Harper’s Bazaar India? This backdrop was none other than Slane Castle in Co. Meath! One of Ireland’s many beautiful castles, it is set on the grounds of a 1,500 acre estate through which flows the River Boyne, a few kilometres upstream from the site of the Battle of the Boyne. But that’s not all, Slane Castle also plays host to some of Ireland’s most spectacular concerts which have included performances from Madonna and The Rolling Stones!
