Terms and Conditions
The winner will be notified on the 12th of Setpember 2011.
To be eligible for the draw, entrants must be a resident of the Republic of South Africa. Any winner drawn under the age of 18 years will require permission from their legal guardian, in order to be eligible Tourism Ireland competition..
There are four prize hampers available to for four people, consisting of the following in each hamper:
1 x Rachel Allen Cookbook
4 x Famous Irish CD’s
By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold the Tourism Ireland free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
The winner grants permission for the use of their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional material, or digital media for this promotion and any other future promotions without claim to any compensation.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is not transferable and non-refundable. None of the prize components may be exchanged for cash.
The Tourism Ireland staff directly involved in this promotion, any agents or any companies associated with the promotion and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Tourism Ireland and their sponsors are not responsible for:
- Lost, late, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible or incomplete electronic mail.
- Telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
- Errors in transmission, any condition caused by events beyond the control of Tourism Ireland which may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.
Tourism Ireland will not be held responsible for entries not received in the event of participants not successfully completing the entering mechanism supplied.
By participating in this promotion, all entrants agree to these official rules, and understand that the prize will be forfeited to the runner-up if the winner is not able to travel over specified dates for whatever reason or if not eligible for this competition as stipulated in paragraph 3 above.
