Route: Leaves Crossmaglen GFC for Newtownhamilton via the Castleblaney Road, taking in the steep Molly Ash hill climb, a tea break at Mount Norris.

Second half of the cycle is through Camlough, Meigh, Forkhill, Mullaghbawn before heading back to Crossmaglen GFC. Soup and sandwiches will be served at the finish. A Cycling helmet must be worn and ‘Cycle Ireland License’ available on the day for £1.
