Set-dancing weekend in a country setting with all of the top ceili bands featuring. The Dan Furey Weekend of set-dancing is held in the village of Labasheeda which is situated on the banks of the River Shannon. This charming location lends itself to the unique atmosphere associated with the event. Five céilithe in total are held during the festival with the top céili bands performing. A trip to Kilkerrin Battery Fortress on the Sunday morning for an impromptu céili is a must for al visitors. Come along and enjoy West Clare hospitality at its best!
