The 5th Taste of Monaghan Festival will be a joyful and inclusive community event. The programme includes showcases of local produce by internationally acclaimed producers, S.M.Es and artisan producers, a series of cookery demonstrations by top chefs, lots of tastings and samples, educational talks and presentations and activities for all the family.
