Oughterard Agricultural & Horticultural Show is the biggest annual event held in Oughterard town attracting more than 2000 visitors & exhibitors. It features classes for ponies, horses, donkeys, cattle, sheep, pets, poultry, domestic arts & vintage displays. Competitors who have visited Oughterard over the years have been greatly impressed by the Show, some describing it as 'possibly the very best show in Ireland for ridden Connemaras'. It is very much a family orientated event so come along as there is something for everyone!
