The Bealtaine Festival is a national programme run throughout May each year in association with Age & Opportunity in various venues throughout Tipperary. All over Tipperary older person's groups and individuals actively participate in arts events and workshops. The Tipperary Bealtaine Festival is run by the Arts Services of North & South Tipperary County Councils and Tipperary Libraries. Events are free and open to the public.
