Gravity Enduro #2 Mountain Bike Event

18 May 2013 - 19 May 2013

Gravity Enduro is a spectacular mountain bike event series for experienced bikers. It's a two day event with practice on Saturday and the main race on Sunday. The course is approximately 25km long and has 5 mainly downhill timed stages. The route to the start of each special stage is uphill, but there is no time limit to get there. On average, the route takes 3.5 hours to complete and the person with the lowest accumulative stage time is the winner. What makes Gravity Enduro Events so unique is the relaxed atmosphere. There are no start orders, no queuing, no waiting for results. You receive a timing chip on the morning of the event and swipe yourself in and out at the start and finish of each special stage. The best bit - you are handed your own printed times as soon as you finish, so you can compare with your buddies straight away! Competitors are well looked after with an individual goodie bag, lunch during the event, multiple feed zones and a bike service station on the course, live DJ & entertainment for family and even a spectator walking route. There are 5 events in the series: one in Dublin, three in Wicklow, and one in Limerick. Each venue has its own unique style and terrain. Some people enter to win, some enter to challenge themselves, but most people enter to have a truly memorable weekend riding with their friends.
