The Runamuck Challenge is Ireland's original and most popular off-road fun and run challenge for joggers and runners of all abilities. There is a one lap (5K) or two lap (10K) option. This is not a regular cross country run be assured! Navigate various manmade and nautral obstacles like bale jumps, net scrambles, super slides, Tarzan swings, bridges, ditches, streams, tyres and tunnels. It is designed to test your mental and physical strength and will leave you with a big grin on your face! All obstacles are achievable but if you have any real difficulties then there are alternative routes available. Come along in October for the original and the best down and dirty experience in the country! Date to be confirmed.
