This annual arts festival takes place for ten days each July. The festival hosts international theatre, emerging theatre, children's theatre, circus, dance, rock, world music, comedy and lots of free entertainment. A unique element of the festival are the cafes where artists convert disused shops into interactive artistic spaces and host a range of workshops where members of the public can observe, discuss, engage and participate in a number of arts practices.
