Gerry Whelan Memorial Weekend guarantees a great weekend of music, singing and dancing! There will be a memorial concert with guest artists and local and visiting musicians; workshops on fiddle, button accordion, banjo and tin whistle; singing and sean-nós dancing; a gig rig & street music; caint agus comhrá gathering; singing & storytelling events ; an oiche cois tine event and pub sessions. It is a weekend for young and old who all come together to celebrate Irish culture through music, song and dance.
