Do you have scripts or parts of scripts you would like to try out with other writers? Part of a stage play you've written, scenes from a screenplay or radio drama?

This SPECIAL THEATRE LAB will be a place where you can try out your ideas in a safe and creative environment. It is a place to receive constructive feedback. This will be an active 'on the floor' event. It will be convened by Patricia Byrne, Artistic Director of Sole Purpose Productions with returning guest facilitator, Hanna Slattne, Dramaturg with Tinderbox Theatre Company.

You send in extract(s) from the piece you are working on to Sole Purpose Productions, who will photocopy them for distribution on the day. You must send a MAXIMUM of four typed pages to us by 30.11.12, to include a five-line synopsis and a paragraph on the ideas behind the piece (i.e. what you feel passionate about in the story or style of the piece).

Your work will then be 'stood up', under your direction, by actors who are associates of Sole Purpose Productions.
