With 3 disciplines, trail/mountain running, kayaking and cycling, the Connemara Adventure Challenge sees competitors take on a 31km course across some of the most stunning parts of Ireland. This event is almost half the distances of Gaelforce West and it is open to racers of all levels. If you're not quite sure whether you are up to the level of completing Gaelforce West then the Connemara Adventure Challenge is a great way of testing yourself and your ability! Don't forget the great free after party which will be held that night in Killary Adventure Centre! The event is run by Killary Adventure Co. and will be based at the companies accommodation base K2 which sits on the shores of Killary Fjord in Connemara, Co. Galway. This area of the country is stunning, rugged and provides the perfect playground for an adventure race.
