Switch is an artist-led initiative supported by the North Tippeary County Council Arts Office. Switch aims to promote & show contemporary visual art in a public context working with film, lens based work and the moving image. Switch is a unique project which brings the best of international contemporary video art into our everyday lives and brings art onto the streets. The event is designed to appeal to everyone, not just those interested in art. It is an inspiring and revealing way to explore Nenagh, as in addition to the screenings of the artwork Switch locates itself outside of the big city and applies itself to the rhythm of smaller places.
