Cuisle Limerick City International Poetry Festival is a four day poetry festival with readings, workshops and discussions by international and national poets. Limerick's long association with poetry goes back as far as The Bard of Thomond and is still alive through festivals like Cuisle. Cuisle is the Irish word for 'pulse', so during this festival you can feel the pulse of poetry! Young and old are welcome to participate in readings, workshops, discussions and competitions.
