This festival is designed to showcase and celebrate all that’s great about Limerick City – highlighting and revelling in art, culture, music, sport and food. Riverfest is one of the fastest growing festival in Ireland and has been hugely popular with young and old alike. It is a city wide series of events including: fishing competitions, dragon boat racing, a riverside Continental food market, open air Ceili Mor, Puc-fada, tug-o-war etc. A number of cultural and musical events will also be organised around the city.
