A cruciform church with a tower and polygonal spire. " An unusually ambitious little church of 1868-70 by Frederick William Porter, architect to the Clothworkers' Company. Built of the usual black basalt, with weathered cocoa-coloured sandstone dressings" ( Rowan ). Fine interior.
