  • Opening times: April-August Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday- 11am-6pm, Sunday- 12 noon- 6pm. September- March Monday-Friday- 10am-5pm, Saturday- 11am-5pm, Sunday- 1pm-5pm.

Exploris is Northern Ireland's public Aquarium and seal sanctuary. Discovery pool demonstrations, run by experienced guides, at regular intervals throughout each day give you the opportunity to interact with a variety of living marine animals.

You can see how Exploris rehabilitates Northern Ireland's sick, injured or orphaned seals back to health in the seal sanctuary. The Aquarium presents the wonders of the Irish Sea through an enjoyable and interactive experience.
