The Deli Bistro and Patisserie was opened in December 2009 by Neill Angus (butcher) and Jayne Howson-Quigg (Pastry Chef). A wide range of products are made and sold on site including flavoured oils and vinegars, chutneys, relishes, jams and tapenads. As well as this a wide range of breads and pastries are baked in house. We grow our own salads and vegetables and where possible source all other ingredients locally.
