Using both YOYA and Uspa products Nádur is all about delivering outstanding results for both sexes. It is important to us that you feel at ease and comfortable throughout your stay. Massage and holistic therapies are an integral part of everybody’s approach to inner and outer health and beauty. Hands, Lava sea shells and warm bamboo rods are used as a massage tool with specific oils to help heal and relax the body and mind. Many massage and holistic techniques are handed down from generation to generation so each therapist’s techniques vary accordingly to individual training and style. We are also delighted to offer some very special treatments and have introduced some amazing new maternity treatments which are very safe and beneficial during pregnancy. We welcome all mums-to-be to the spa and encourage them to integrate massage and other treatments into their lifestyle during their pregnancy. Our Maternity treatments aim to provide instant relief from pregnancy discomforts, promote rapid healing and help with any emotional adjustments. Please note that during the first trimester we do not recommend treatment, and the use of the Thermal Suite is not recommended during any stage of the pregnancy. All our body treatments are dedicated to harmonizing the inner and outer self. Each treatment, although unique in its own way, includes head to toe rituals beginning and ending with Balinese body palming which helps assist in relaxation, clarity and stimulation of the energy channels. Rituals have been practiced since the beginning of time. They are often associated with religious acts performed regularly and presented with love, peace and respect. Our therapists will gently take you through a ritual journey helping you understand the new meaning of utmost relaxation and the luxury of being cared for. Nádur Spa facilities also include a dedicated relaxation room, crystal steam room, herbal sauna and a outdoor Hot tub. Nádur Spa is open 7 days a week to both hotel guests and non hotel guests. There are also a number of day and half day packages to choose from, as well as special monthly offers.
