Bus Eireann - Hills of Donegal Tours

The Hills of Donegal Bus Tour operates every Wednesday and Friday from July the 6th to August 26th. Customers are in for a real treat, visiting the Glenveagh Castle & Gardens and Dunlewey Lakeside Centre. With ancient monuments and magnificent views customers are spoilt for choice. The Glenveagh Castle is enclosed in a remote area. It is surrounded by beautiful wilderness with birds chirping in the distance. Visitors can enjoy a stroll around the Lakeside walk. Here you can enjoy a peaceful moment on the shores of Dunlewy Lough admiring the spectacular views of Errigal and the Derryveagh mountains. The Dunlewey Lakeside Centre has an impressive lakeside farm museum and visitor centre, which has something for all tastes. Here you will find lots of fun for friends and family with an adventure play area for the children and a great audio-visual of Dunlewey for the adults. The tour will depart from Sligo and connect with a tour bus in Bundoran at 08:45am, Bundoran Tourist Office at 09:40am, Donegal Abbey Hotel at 10:30am, Ballybofey Bus Stop at 11:00am and Letterkenny Bus Stop at 11:20am.
