Ocean Scene Surf Shop and surf school is situated in Lahinch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and offers surf lessons on the easy waves of Lahinch beach. We have surf boards and wetsuits to cater for all ages and skill levels. The lesson lasts 2 hours from start to finish. Starting with theory on the beach where you will learn some basic skills and safety information, they then get you into the water where the fun begins. Over the next hour and a half or so your instructor will watch you transform magically into surfers. Under Ocean Scene Surf School's watchful eyes you will be amazed at how quick you learn the basic skills of stand up surfing through thoughtful and positive feedback from your friendly instructors. Ocean Scene Surf School adhere to the Irish surfing associations guidelines on student to pupil ratio of 8 pupils to 1 instructor and all instructors are qualified beach lifeguards as well as qualified surf coaches.
