National Kart & Adventure Centre Limerick

The National Kart and Adventure Centre Limerick track design, is based on all the elements of the world’s best formula one tracks and probably the closest many people will ever get to drive on one of them. It is situated in Limerick City, County Limerick. The track is made up of fast straights, sweeping bends, tunnels, underpasses and a bridge to give the driver a thrilling experience. Along with being home to one of the world’s largest indoor karting tracks. The centre is also home to Europe’s only drift karting centre. Drifting has become one of the most popular motorsports in Ireland in recent years. They offer an ‘arrive and drive’ system width. There are 15, 20 and 30 minute slots available. It is advisable to book in advance for busier periods such as weekends and during holiday periods. Endurance and grand prix competitions are open to all members of the public. Also part of the centre is one of Ireland’s best indoor Airsoft sites. Based on CQB and urban warfare tactics, the site is designed as a mock town centre with real airplanes placed around the site giving a ‘Black Hawk Down’ feel. The benefit of using this centre is that all activities are indoor, so weather is never an issue.
