Tannery Cookery School

Add to My Ireland Dungarvan Waterford - Ireland South

The Tannery Cookery School is part of the award winning Tannery restaurant. Featuring a state of the art kitchen, with work space for twelve students, The Tannery Cookery School is a modern and innovative place to learn some new cookery skills. They offer courses in sauces, sushi and Mediterranean cuisine, to name a just a few. With such a wide range of courses and times to choose from, there is something for everyone. Behind the cookery school, they have transformed a derelict wasteland into an organic garden where they grow many of the ingredients they use in the restaurant and cookery school. The garden is open every day and guests are welcome to have a stroll around. The Tannery Cookery School has received many awards including the Restaurant Association of Ireland, Cookery School of the Year, which they have won for the past three years. For up to date news on the cookery school and general goings on in the Tannery, check out thier blog.
