Derroura Mountain Bike Trail is suitable for both the novice mountain biker as well as the more experienced rider. The Derroura trail, located just outside of Oughterard, County Galway offers great climbs, fast descents, many narrow gravel single tracks and several narrow twisting board walks. The trail is 17km long with incredible views over looking both Lough Corrib and Connemara. West Side Cycles Ireland / Bike Hire Ireland cater for all. They deal with individuals, groups, schools and clubs. Their bikes can be collected from their shop in the heart of Galway City centre or delivered and collected to Derroura Bike Trail. A free car bike rack is available for those collecting from their shop to transport bikes safely out and back to Derroura bike trail. A cycling helmet, spare tube, mini pump and bottle cage are included with all bike hires.
