Visitors to County Tipperary won’t want to miss St Patrick’s Well, which is located just outside the town of Clonmel, near Marfield Village. The picturesque site is a popular destination for pilgrims and tourists alike. It features one of Ireland’s largest holy wells, which flows into a pool with an interesting early-Christian, Celtic-style cross at its centre. The area also has a small church that dates from the 17th century and houses the altar tomb of the White family.
