Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel

With a sister hotel long established just outside Monaghan town, this elegant, three star establishment, is a newly opened facility offering the best of everything to its guests and is located on the left hand side coming into the village from Greenore / Dundalk. It is a new, striking, complex with, among all of the modern facilities, the stylish Liberties Bell Bistro. The décor throughout is bright and roomy with mountain views to one side. Lunch is served in the open bright bar and lounge with specials for the day displayed. The service is efficient but retaining true Irish charm and hospitality. The food is a mix of modern and classic with the dinner a la carte containing starters like terrine of steamed and smoked salmon, main courses featuring pan seared breast of duck with fricassee of wild mushrooms and creamed spinach and fine desserts like baked Alaska with vanilla ice cream and confit of strawberries.
