There are six distinct fisheries on the Bonet River. The principal ones are those of Manorhamilton Angling Club, Dromahair Lodge and Stanford's Inn; of the other three fisheries Dromahair Angling Club has half a mile at Glebe House. There is one-and-a-half miles of syndicate water downstream of Dromahair, which is private and Sligo Angling Club has a stretch above Lough Gill. Neither of these two stretches is available to the public.
