At Dunmore East Beach you can enjoy swimming or underwater activities such as snorkelling in the sheltered and picturesque coves, but guests are advised to be wary of the tide, which comes right in and covers the beach. There are excellent facilities such as toilets, a bar with a terrace that overlooks the beach and a large car park. The beach is life guarded throughout the bathing season, which runs from June until the end of August.
