An attractive early nineteenth century stone-fronted building beside the entrance to the Observatory is the home of Pascale Brissaud’s French restaurant; it is a building of character - low-ceilinged, with a period fireplace, antique furnishings and silver - and makes an interesting setting for a busy restaurant.
Specialities include dishes like a classic Burgundy snail timbale with a fresh garlic soufflé & Chablis nut butter.
