Taste of Dublin

Taste of Dublin is the capital’s annual outdoor restaurant, food and drink festival. Following sell out events in 2007 and 2008 this year’s Taste of Dublin promises to be even bigger and better hosting 20 of the capital's top restaurants in the glorious surroundings of the Iveagh Gardens from June 11th to June 14th. In the heart of the capital this years mouth watering Taste of Dublin’s line up includes top restaurants Alex Restaurant at The Conrad Hotel, Balzac, Bon Appetit, Chapter One, Cookes Restaurant, Diep Le Shaker, First Floor Restaurant at Harvey Nichols, Gordon Ramsay at The Ritz-Carlton Powerscourt, Jaipur, King Sitric, L'Ecrivain, Lock's, Poulot's, Rhodes D7, Silk Road Cafe, still at Dylan Hotel, The Cellar Restaurant at The Merrion Hotel, The Saddle Room at The Shelbourne Hotel, Town Bar & Grill, Unicorn Restaurant, Venu Brasserie and Yo Thai/Chai Yo, all serving their signature dishes in sample sizes. The Oceânico Corporate Hospitality Pavilion is a show-stopper this year with a four course meal prepared by Michelin star chef Derry Clarke and a host of gourmet personalities to meet and greet. This year's exciting features will include the Drumm’s Chefs Demonstration Theatre where you will be able to watch and interact with all of your favourite chefs including Rachel Allen, Neven Maguire, Anthony Worrall Thompson and Gary Rhodes. A stellar line up of chef’s will be running fabulous demonstrations and tastings, celebrating the very best of Irish and international food. The O’ Brien’s Wine Fair is also sure to attract a crowd. Here you will be able to watch and interact with leading industry wine experts and international sommeliers while tasting a variety of exquisite wines.
