Visit the 6th century monastic settlement on the Skellig Islands, one of only two world heritage sites in Ireland, with daily departures from Portmagee (weather permitting). Casey’s operate with two fast boats letting you enjoy a trip of approximately 45 minutes with 2 and a half hours visiting time on the island. View the small Skelligs with its 50,000 gannet birds from the fully licensed boats. Transport is provided from Cahersiveen to Portmagee for backpackers, free of charge.
