Inchigeela —County Cork

Located on Lough Allua, Inchigeelagh is an attractive village on the route to the Pass of Keimaneigh. There are some beautiful scenic driving, walking and cycling opportunities around the lake. On the scenic southern route there is an old mass rock dating from penal times.
Nearby on the South lake road are the famous Inchigeelagh lakes.
A number of events are held in Inchigeela each year, including the O'Leary Clan Gathering and the Daniel Corkery Summer School.
