1. NO PURCHASE OR SALES PRESENTATION NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR SALES PRESENTATION DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 25 years of age or older and named recipients of a direct mail piece or electronic message announcing the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States/D.C. and where prohibited by law.

2. How To Enter: Sweepstakes starts January 10^th, 2009 at 12:01:00 a.m. EST and ends April 15th, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST ("Promotional Period").

3. Drawing: A random drawing will be held and winners identified on or before April 30^th, 2009 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period to determine one (1) Grand Prize winner by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes are final. Potential winners will be notified by phone, electronic message or commercial carrier and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that they have complied with these rules) as well as a liability release, and a publicity release (where permitted by law), which if issued, must be completed, signed and returned within five (5) business days from date of issuance or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

4. Prizes, Odds and Approximate Retail Value (ARV): (1) Grand Prize: An Ireland luxury trip which consists of a trip for two (2) to Ireland for 5 days and 5 nights: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) (the Prize Winner and one travel companion) to Ireland from a major gateway airport near the Prize Winner’s residence, (2) tickets for two to a Dublin Philharmonic Orchestra performance in Ireland. One (1) Grand Prize is available. Actual value will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. Grand Prize Winner and their guest must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be completed by April 30th, 2010, excluding the period of July, August, and the Christmas holiday season. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, or certificates. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Tickets are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documentation. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must be 25 years of age or older. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Six week advance booking is required. All travel expenses not described herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, incidental hotel expenses, ground transportation, gratuities, and souvenirs, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. If for any reason any portion of Grand Prize does not occur, such portion will be forfeited with no compensation being paid in exchange therefore. Odds of winning depend on the number eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Limit one prize per person/household.

5. General Prize Restrictions/Total ARV: No prize substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except by the Sponsor due to prize unavailability. Prize may be different from that pictured in advertising. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now and hereafter known without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Winner acknowledges that neither Sweepstakes Entities nor their directors, employees, or agents, have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, administrator, any internet access providers, and their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, licensees, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of the foregoing entities’ respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damage to a user’s computer system (hardware and/or software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind, to person or property, arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into this Sweepstakes, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or use of any prize won including any travel related thereto. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email, mailing address, or telephone number of entrants. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of this Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award all prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor(s) reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflicts of law principles and all entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of DuPage County, Illinois for the resolution of all claims and disputes.
