Former Victorian Rectory built 1896 in leafy south Belfast. Nearby: Queen's University, Lyric Theatre, King's Hall Ulster Museum, Botanic Gardens. There is a FREE off-street car park and a frequent bus service to/from city centre (7-10mins). Concierge/help desk for booking tours, restaurants or generally giving advice on how to make the best use of your time in Belfast. We offer FREE WIFI/computer access, alternatively there is a computer for guest use. We are located very close (7-8 mins walk) to the US Consulate/American Embassy, for those attending for a visa application and we hold your belongings (mobile phone, case etc) until you return.

Our beds are comfortable and rooms spacious with magazines, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and fresh milk.

Morning papers available for you to read while eating our award winning breakfasts; Choose from the breakfast table; cereals, prunes, grapefruit segments, dates, figs, cheese board, freshly cut fruit, yoghurts, nuts. Then freshly squeezed orange juice, warm pastries, choice of omelettes, smoked salmon/scrambled eggs, Irish Breakfast, Baked eggs with duck confit, Specialist sausages -venison/wild boar and apple/sun dried tomato served with roast tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon lardons, Belfast Omelette, Porridge served with Irish Mist Liqueur, cream and honey or fruit compote, Toasted bagel with sun dried tomato & basil scrambled eggs, Coddled eggs, Pancake special, stuffed Portobello mushroom melt-V and other vegetarian or gluten free options, homemade wheaten bread, soda, scones, potato breads, homemade jams, marmalades. Should you have to depart early we can offer a continental breakfast tray or a bacon/sausage/frittata sandwich.

A supper menu is available Monday-Friday evenings (menu listed on website).

Enjoy a complimentary evening sherry in the drawing room whilst reading books on Ireland, Irish Castles or houses or playing chess/solitaire.
