Your Host - Michael O'Donnell welcomes you to Fairy Fort Farm. This cottage is a little gem and is situated just 1.5 miles from the village of Borrisoleigh where there are five pubs with friendly atmosphere and lots of lively traditional music. The beautiful view of the Devil's Bit mountain range provides a great backdrop. The cottage's sitting room features the old roof beams adding that touch of a bygone era. Adjacent to the property is a traditional working farm with lots of different animals to enjoy; nearby there are quiet walks through the fields and countryside. A visit to the Rock of Cashel and Lough Derg is highly recommended. Shop, pub and restaurant are within one ½ miles. Electricity, fire starter pack, linen and towels included. Also available are cot, radio, fridge with small ice box, microwave, shared washer/dryer, electric blankets, welcome pack, partially enclosed garden, garden furniture, swings, shared driveway, off road parking. Small pets are welcome. Extra Details: WiFi access is free of charge There is a visitor pet farm adjacent to the property. There are 2 ponds and a stream located on adjacent farm. Caution is advised with children. Fully heated throughout by electric radiators. Tipperary is synonymous with greyhounds and hurling. There are two fantastic greyhound stadia in Tipperary which provide four nights racing each week throughout the year: Thurles & Clonmel.
