Skahard Country Villa is a luxury self-catering holiday home in the Golden Vale of County Limerick. The house is a 200-year-old Georgian farmhouse that has been renovated to reflect a way of life in Ireland of old while also boasting a modern, five-star standard. Geographically, the house is perfectly positioned to experience an impressive amount of Ireland's sites and activities in day trips. Skakard Country Villa is located on a privately owned farm, where wildlife abounds and the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside are breathtaking. In the house, there are three bedrooms, each with a large, zip-linked double bed, which has the option of separating into two single beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, TV and DVD player so guests can relax and unwind. At Skahard Country Villa, guests will also find a drawing room with antiquated fireplace and large, widescreen TV; dining room with a traditional open-hearth fireplace, conservatory, kitchen, office and outdoor hot tub. The villa has modern appliances throughout. There are holiday options and itineraries available that focus on sightseeing, golfing, fishing and more. Local places of interest include Lough Gur and Friar’s Gate Theatre.
