The four-star Cobh Holiday House is an ideal base for golfing, fishing or sailing holidays in County Cork. Located across the street from the harbour front, this Victorian merchant’s house can comfortably sleep up to 10 adults. The accommodation takes up the upper three floors of the house. It features a beautifully proportioned reception room and dining room that seats 10. Both are comfortable south-facing rooms with harbour views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range-style gas cooker, American refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else required to prepare meals with ease. There is also free WiFi, a breakfast room, cloakroom and laundry room with washing and drying machines. Additionally, guests can make use of the rear garden and three terraces. The highest terrace is a deck, ideal for alfresco dining on sunny days. The Cobh Holiday House has five bedrooms, with one king and four twin rooms. All are ensuite with showers, and four of the bedrooms boast lovely views of the harbour. Cobh is a charming heritage town with a rich history. During their stay, visitors won’t want to miss the Queenstown Experience Heritage Centre, Cobh Museum or St Colmans Cathedral. They can also tour the fascinating Spike Island Fort and Prison Complex, or pass the day relaxing at the beach, golfing, kayaking, horse riding, angling and more.
