Nature’s Rest is a five-bedroom house set in a very peaceful location in Templeboy, which is ideally positioned halfway between Sligo Town and Ballina, with a beautiful sandy beach about 1.5km away. In the cosy lounge cum dining area, guests will find a wood-burning stove. Double doors lead to a separate dining room, which leads to a spacious kitchen with all modern conveniences. There is also a utility room, playroom and WC. Off the hall, there is a wheelchair-friendly WC and ground floor bedroom with ensuite. There is also a sitting room with a large TV. Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, three of which are ensuite. The house comfortably sleeps 12 people. Outside, guests can enjoy the securely enclosed grassy area, which includes swings, a slide and patio area. A full-size snooker table and games room are available at the owner’s residence. While staying at Higgins Lodge, guests can explore the nearby village of Dromore West, which has a small supermarket and a few pubs. Just 22km away, they can discover the seaside resort Enniscrone, which offers golden beaches, fishing, golfing and many water sports. Oil and electricity are extra.
