Description

Blessington Wicklow - Ireland East

Kippure Estate in County Wicklow is a very special place, offering quality accommodation and facilities privately set in nearly 100 hectares of mature woodland and rolling farm pastures. The estate is surrounded by the wild and beautiful Wicklow Mountains and adjoins the fledging River Liffey. It is an ideal location for exploring counties Wicklow and Dublin, centrally located to Glendalough, Powerscourt and the sea. On-site accommodation options include self-catering holiday homes as well as guest house accommodation in the Kippure Lodge. Exceptionally spacious and comfortable with a rustic feel, the holiday homes are ideal for a relaxing self-catering break, nature loving families, groups of friends, stressed out city dwellers, walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. There are eight Athdown Houses, all with three ensuite bedrooms. There is a separate downstairs toilet with wheelchair access. The homes include a spacious open-plan dining and sitting room with wooden floors and doors opening to the private patio area. The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows with unrestricted mountain views. The kitchen is fully fitted, and bed linen, towels, electricity and heating are all included. The homes are strictly non-smoking. Additionally, the Kippure Estate boasts a number of meeting and multi-function rooms, a bar, and private dining with flexible catering arrangements. The on-site adventure centre offers everything thrill seekers could desire, with ropes courses, climbing, abseiling, orienteering, archery and more.
