Restawyle is a magnificent four double bedroom detached property well located in Carlingford Town. This location allows you to enjoy the fantastic views of Carlingford Lough and the Cooley and Mourne Mountains from the harbour, which is practically on your doorstep. The property is within easy walking distance of Carlingford Town, the Four Seasons hotel, the harbour and the sailing club. Restawyle boasts four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is ensuite. There is also a triple bedroom with a double and a single bed, one double and another king-size double room. Restawyle also features an exceptionally large living room with widescreen TV, DVD and CD player; with a selection of books, games and DVD's. The dining area has an extendable table and the fantastically well equipped kitchen has huge patio doors leading onto a patio area with garden furniture and a gas BBQ. The garden is very safe and private with lovely mountain views. There is a downstairs toilet, utility room and separate cloakroom. In total Restawyle can sleep up to 10 people. Bedlinen, towels and hairdryers are provided and a cots, highchairs and fold-up beds are available on request. There is also onsite private parking.
