It is set in a tranquil old garden surrounded by tree-lined pastures, with peacocks strolling on the lawn. The building has a long history, and has seen many changes in its 300 years, but was recently modernised as a family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms ( one of each on the ground floor ). The kitchen is large and well equipped, and the living room has an open fire and a great supply of books. The owners, Dick and Susan Devane, live across the garden in Fruit Hill House, which they have restored and revitalised. They are always on hand if needed, and can advise on all the best beaches and places of interest in the area. The choice is wide and varied with Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny all within an hour's drive Discover 2 of the best attractions - The Dunbrody Famine Ship and The Ros Tapestry at New Ross Co Wexford and enjoy a 20% off the entrance fee to both with leaflets at our premises.
