Description

Enfield Meath - Ireland East

Ballinakill Mews is a self-catering property situated in the grounds of Ballinakill House, which is a 150-year-old farmhouse in Enfield, County Meath, only a 40-minute drive from Dublin City Centre. The estate was previously home to a large cattle farm and racehorse breeding ground. The Mews faces a pretty walled garden and is very private and secure, making it ideal for children. Pets are also welcome. The Mews has been carefully restored to a high quality finish and comes fully kitted out with all modern appliances and creature comforts. It accommodates up to four people and is wheelchair friendly. The Mews has a light-filled entrance hall, leading to a modern kitchen and living area. The master bedroom is ensuite and the main bathroom, off the hallway, is fully wheelchair accessible. The second bedroom is a twin room with a lovely view over the garden. Hot water is available throughout the day, and towels and linen are supplied. The property features under-floor heating in the bathrooms and central heating throughout. There is a TV, DVD player and WiFi access. Evening dinner is available on request in the main house and can be booked one day in advance. During a stay at Ballinakill Mews, guests can enjoy the historically rich region at sites like Newgrange and Trim Castle. For a spot of golf, there are a number of courses within 15 minutes, and the renowned K Club and Carton House are 30 minutes away.
