There is no getting away from the fresh sea air at the Fort Farmhouse, as the beach (one of the longest in Ireland) is just walking distance away. This is a water sports paradise. Other attractions include horse riding, sea and river angling, golf, hill walking, art galleries and archaeological sites. This is an ideal base for touring the Dingle Peninsula or the Ring of Kerry. Or perhaps take the car ferry from Tarbert over to Clare to visit the Burren national park. This beautifully refurbished and modernised farmhouse is located on a working farm overlooking the spectacular and panoramic Brandon Bay. Accommodation consists of four bedrooms, two ensuite plus a separate bathroom upstairs, that can sleep up to nine guests. Downstairs has a modern kitchen, a large sitting room and dining room, both with open fire places. It has an enclosed garden/patio area with garden furniture and secure private parking.
