Seisnaun is a beautiful Country home on an elevated site overlooking Drumcliffe Bay/Church and the burial place of William Butler Yeats, one of Irleand's most famous poets. It is situated North Sligo, close to Rathcormac Village, signposted off Donegal Road N15 (near Rathcormac) and 4.5 kms from Sligo City in the heart of the beautiful Yeats countryside. This is a very scenic and tranquil location, ideal as a touring base or for country, beach or hill walks. Nearby beaches include Rosses Point, Lissadell, Streedagh, Mullaghmore and Strandhill. Nearby mountains include Knocknarea, Benbulben and the Dartry Range. In Rosses Point, which is 5 min drive from here, there is an 18 hole Champion Golf Course, also excellent restaurants - pubs close by. Sligo is 2.5 - 3 hours drive from Dublin and 60 kms from Knock (Ireland West Airport).
