Timoleague Cork - Ireland South

The Sexton family has been welcoming guests to West Cork for more than 40 years. Set near Timoleague, the award-winning campsite is found on more than a hectare of rolling countryside. The majority of pitches are grass with some hardstanding pitches, all of which are individually marked. There are also extensive on-site facilities, such as electric power points, fresh water points, a camper’s kitchen, chemical disposal, free hot showers, launderette, waste water disposal and more. For leisure time at the campsite, visitors can make use of the barbecue area, children’s playground, bicycle rental and free WiFi. Additionally, there is an information point and organised fishing trips. Timoleague is a picturesque village located 50km from Cork City. It is dominated by the ruins of a 13th-century Franciscan abbey and is also home to many colourful dwellings, business, restaurants and pubs. Local outdoor activities include walking, sailing, surfing, golf and fishing. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Sexton’s Caravan Park.
