Feeling tired and stressed? Take time out to enjoy complementary and holistic therapists while surrounded by beautiful scenery. Each practitioner brings a different therapy to the 4-day break. Choose from an extensive list of treatments, group workshops or private individual sessions. Treatments such as massage, reiki, reflexology and cranio sacral massage will be complemented by EF Techniques healing workshops, creative writing, meditation walks and a Food & Health Fair. The Achill scenery becomes part of the weekend: Yoga at the stunning Atlantic Drive and 'Tai Chi by the Sea' with beautiful Keem Bay as a backdrop.
