Directions
Start from the village of Ardpatrick on the R512 between Kilmallock, Co Limerick and Fermoy. Co Cork. Follow the R512 in the direction of Fermoy for 3km, before turning right onto a minor road signposted Greenwood. Follow this road for 10km to reach Glenanaar Forestry on your right.

Questo circuito porta il nome di Canon Sheehan, rispettabile uomo di chiesa e scrittore prolifico del 1800, che contribuì a diffondere l’istruzione tra la popolazione locale e che funse da negoziatore con i proprietari terrieri a nome degli agricoltori che lavoravano le loro terre. Gran parte del percorso si interseca col fiume, attraverso una vallata ricoperta di boschi, lungo passerelle su laghetti rocciosi e più in alto, sulle strade che attraversano i boschi, oltre un ‘Mass Rock’ (qui ogni anno si celebra ancora una messa).
