Culture Night is aimed at people who wouldn't normally get a chance to savour some of the city's most artistic offerings. Culture Night is for busy parents, hard pressed students and those whose days are filled with other activities. All of the city's art galleries are open, there are free artist's tours in the city's studios, events in libraries, cafés and museums. Culture Night starts at 6pm and goes on until late.
