St Patrick's Spring Fest & International Band Parade

Limerick plays host to the St. Patrick’s Spring Fest and Limerick International Band Festival with something for all the family. Highlights include the Limerick International Marching Band Competition and St Patrick’s Day Parade. The International Band Parade, which celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2010, will see a number of bands marching from O'Connell Avenue to Arthur's Quay Park where they will perform a recital for the large crowds who are expected to attend the parade. In recent years Limerick has held one of the best band parades that you could be found anywhere in Europe and is a great family day out as is the St Patrick's Day parade.
